Career change turns Seattle salesman into a green developer in Panama City

A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, Joel Jelderks lived in Seattle and did marketing for Red Bull energy drink. Now, he and his wife, Uschi Zimmermann, run their own development company, Salzburg Development, and are building projects in Panama.
