Construction starts at Point Ruston

TACOMA — Construction has started on a new neighborhood at Point Ruston in Tacoma.

Following permit approval from the city of Tacoma, developer Point Ruston LLC is placing the foundation for Copperline Condominiums, the first mixed-use building of the Built Green neighborhood.
