Traffic management workshop tomorrow

SEATTLE — Transportation officials, planners and legislators will discuss ways to manage traffic congestion and fund road projects at a workshop in Seattle tomorrow.

Topics will include San Diego's experience with hotlanes, British Columbia's public/private partnerships and the latest in “intelligent transportation” techniques.
