Sound Transit criticized for high operating costs

Sound Transit's Citizen Oversight Panel released its annual report yesterday and said the agency's operating costs are too high and must be monitored more closely.

“By far our biggest concern is operating costs,” COP Chair Dick Chapin told the Sound Transit board.
