Tri-State fixing Duwamish Bridge

SEATTLE — Tri-State Construction is repairing the East Duwamish Waterway Bridge, which serves West Seattle and Harbor Island.

The $1.7 million project includes replacing asphalt, repairing potholes, and replacing expansion joints.
