ELLENSBURG (AP) — The Transportation Department says a paving project that is starting this week on Interstate 90 at Ellensburg is the first in the state funded by federal stimulus money.
The 4-mile $1.7 million project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, creating 25 jobs.
