Olive 8

The Olive 8, completed in April, is a 39-story mixed-use tower at Eighth Avenue and Olive Way in Seattle.

The $162 million building includes a 346-room Hyatt hotel that opened in February and 229 condominiums slated to finish soon.

The hotel includes a restaurant, coffee shop, meeting space, a ballroom and fitness center.

The remaining one- and two-bedroom condos begin at $750,000 and $1.1 million. Two penthouse condos are available for $3.8 million and $7.5 million.

The project is seeking LEED silver certification. Green features include biomass heating, low-VOC finishes, low-flow plumbing fixtures and an 8,400-square-foot planted roof. More than 95 percent of the construction waste was recycled or reused.
