Health centers get $14.6M to upgrade

PORTLAND (AP) — Oregon will be getting $14.6 million in federal stimulus money to upgrade and expand community health centers.

First Lady Michelle Obama made the announcement Monday, saying the grants will help health centers in Oregon serve more people who can't afford insurance.
