Cheney Stadium to get $20M rehab

TACOMA — The city of Tacoma is looking for a design-build team for an $18 million to $20 million renovation to Cheney Stadium.

The renovations are expected to include new luxury suites, restrooms, team clubhouses, expanded dugouts, concessions stands, a kitchen, team store, offices and ADA improvements. The baseball stadium is located at 2502 S. Taylor St.
