Price dips for new rapid bus system

The Swift system was estimated to cost $32 million. Bids came in lower, and it will cost $29.5 million.
Everett Transit and Community Transit will formally break ground today at 3 p.m. on the Swift Bus Rapid Transit terminal at Everett Station, 3201 Smith Ave.
