SEATTLE — The Puget Sound Regional Council is seeking public comments on 104 transportation projects that have been recommended to receive $388 million in federal funding between 2011 and 2012.
Examples include $12 million for Eastside light-rail right of way, $10 million for Lakewood-Tacoma commuter rail, $8 million for Seattle's Mercer Street corridor improvements, and $6 million for North Seattle light-rail right of way.
