GOSHEN, Ore. (AP) — Tina Woody, armed with a bright green hard hat, safety glasses and earplugs, strapped on a green, black and yellow harness as she prepared to take a ride in a 90-foot bucket truck used to repair transmission towers.
“This is going to be so cool,” the 17-year-old Cottage Grove High School student said as she hoisted herself into the bucket.
