Renton upgrading water, sewer lines

RENTON — The city of Renton wants to improve water and sanitary sewer systems in the Earlington neighborhood.

Contractors can submit bids on the project, which has an estimated construction cost of $3 million to $3.5 million, until Oct. 27.
