OLYMPIA (AP) — Secretary of State Sam Reed is changing plans for the Heritage Center project on the Capitol campus in Olympia.
The Olympian reports a smaller, cheaper structure could be built near where Interstate 5 traffic enters the campus, instead of on a hillside overlooking Capitol Lake.
