2010 looks like another bad year for construction

    Top economists from three national A/E/C associations last week gave their views on where the construction market is heading next year. Although the title of the Webcast was “The Year Ahead for Construction: A Perfect 2010?” their outlooks were anything but that.

    The economists included Jim Haughey of Reed Construction Data, Ken Simonson of the Associated General Contractors of America and Kermit Baker of the American Institute of Architects.
