KENMORE — The city of Kenmore held a topping-off ceremony Friday for the Kenmore City Hall.
The $14.4 million project, at 18114 68th Ave. N.E., involves construction of a 21,600-square-foot, two-story city hall building and 15,300 square feet of below-grade parking. Graham Construction is general contractor, Weinstein A|U is architect and Olympic Associates is providing project management services.
