Pioneer Square building gets new floors, skin

Concrete panels were cast to resemble the original stone found in the Furuya Building.

Chinn Construction is finishing the exterior of the Pacific Commercial Building at Second Avenue South and South Main Street in Seattle's Pioneer Square. The building is set to open by January and will have 28,000 square feet of commercial space and more than 17,000 square feet of retail space.
