University Place seeks library bids
UNIVERSITY PLACE — The city of University Place is seeking bids to complete tenant improvements for a library.
The single-story, 15,000-square-foot space, located in the new University Place Civic Building, is expected to cost between $1.8 million and $2.2 million to complete. Construction is expected to begin in March and finish in early 2011.
