4 teams want to build $1B tunnel

Four design-build teams are in the running to build the $1 billion deep-bore tunnel that could replace the earthquake-damaged Alaskan Way Viaduct.

The Washington State Department of Transportation posted the names of the teams on its Web site. Here are the teams:
