Bids sought for $3M water treatment plant

WILBUR, Lincoln County — Construction bids are being sought for a $3 million wastewater treatment plant for the town of Wilbur, about 70 miles west of Spokane.

Plans call for headworks, a pump station, control building and utility connections.
