Akre
John W. Akre joined Abbott Construction as senior estimator, Matt Beecher was promoted to superintendent and Don May retired after 26 years with the company. Akre has more than 25 years of commercial construction experience and is LEED accredited. He previously worked for Opus Northwest as a senior project manager. Beecher joined Abbott in 1993 as a laborer and has worked his way up. May spent most of his tenure as a superintendent overseeing various Tacoma General Hospital projects.
