Ore. resort, casino is ready to expand

PENDLETON, Ore. — Wildhorse Resort & Casino in Pendleton, Ore., is receiving qualifications today for special inspection services for expansion and modernization of the casino and hotel.

The work involves 185,000 square feet of new construction and a 5,000-square-foot modernization.
