Wrecking Balmer: $47M to replace building at the UW

Paccar Hall will open for classes when the fall quarter starts Sept. 29. Balmer Hall is on the right.

The University of Washington is finishing its $95 million Paccar Hall, so attention now turns to the second phase: a replacement for Balmer Hall.
