More than burgers for Pick-Quick site

  • Restaurateur Gerard Centioli wants to build two retail buildings next to the new restaurant in Auburn.

    Three adjoining parcels along Auburn Way North have been cleared for the new Pick-Quick and two retail buildings.

    Gerard Centioli — who is developing a Pick-Quick restaurant in Auburn with Joe Burgi, Greg Burgi and Dan Nelson — has more plans for the site along Auburn Way North and 12th Street Northeast.
