2010 not great for building owners

  • The good news is that the region's leasing market is at or very near the bottom, according to Kidder Mathews.

    If 2009 was a terrible year for commercial real estate landlords, 2010 was only modestly better.

    The Puget Sound region's office vacancy rate declined only a bit, and rental rates remained flat, according to a year-end report by commercial real estate company Kidder Mathews.
