Pike Market school seeks contractor

SEATTLE — Pike Market Childcare and Preschool is opening bids today for construction of 7,500 square feet of tenant improvements in Pike Place Market.

Work includes demolition, electrical distribution, lighting, cabinets and finishes, as well as renovations for a new play area adjacent to Western Avenue at the Market Heritage building.

The project manager is Axis Planning & Development of Mercer Island. More information is available by calling (206) 427-8975.

The owner will prequalify contractors to bid on the project.
