SEATTLE — Skanska, Turner and a joint venture of Mowat and Stacy and Witbeck are in the running to build the Capitol Hill light rail station, a Sound Transit spokesperson said yesterday.
PCL and a JV of Walsh and Absher also applied for the general contractor/construction manager project, which has a maximum allowable cost of $90 million.
