Sea-Tac's rental car facility nearly done — after 17 years

The complex has more than 2 million square feet, with space for 5,400 vehicles.

After 17 years — and five stops and re-starts — the Sea-Tac Airport Consolidated Rental Car Facility is almost done. The $351 million project should be complete in February, with a grand opening event set for April.
