130,000 sf addition for University VW, Audi

A University District auto dealership has filed plans with the city of Seattle to build a three-story, 130,000-square-foot service and storage building at 4741 11th Ave. N.E.

Freeway Properties LLC owns the site and most of the surrounding superblock, which is bounded by 11th Avenue Northeast, Roosevelt Way Northeast, and Northeast 47th and Northeast 50th streets. Businesses on the Freeway Properties-owned lots include University Volkswagen and University Audi.
