Ferry terminal to get $4M dock

PORT ANGELES (AP) — Port of Port Angeles commissioners have agreed to a 30-year lease with the new owners of the Black Ball Ferry Line, which operates the Coho on a route to Victoria, British Columbia.

The agreement calls for the company to replace its timber pier with a $4 million concrete dock.
