JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) — The architect for the new state Library, Archives and Museum building says they'll be ready to build in July.
Brian Meissner of ECI/Hyer told a public forum last week that the $127 million project still needs another $90 million in appropriations but there's enough money in hand to make it happen.
