Skanska uses new social media tool

SEATTLE — Skanska USA is deploying a new “community inclusion tool” called Popularise to let the public comment on its 400 Fairview office and retail project in South Lake Union.

A group of people with real estate backgrounds launched Popularise in Washington, D.C. The Skanska development is Popularise's first project outside of D.C.
