WHIDBEY ISLAND (AP) — The Coast Guard says divers have plugged a vent that was leaking fuel from a sunken ship at Whidbey Island's Penn Cove.
Petty Officer Nathan Bradshaw in Seattle says it had been leaking one or two gallons a minute. Skimmers and absorbent booms were deployed by the clean-up contractor.
