$15M renovation for UW's Fluke Hall

SEATTLE — The University of Washington is seeking a general contractor/construction manager for renovations to Fluke Hall. Maximum allowable construction cost is $15 million.

Tenant improvements are planned for the College of Engineering and the Center for Commercialization. The university also will replace the building's roof and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
