New housing, retail projects start at Issaquah Highlands

A 12-screen Regal Cinemas started construction in June at Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah Highlands. The theater is scheduled to open next June.

Port Blakely Communities, the developer of Issaquah Highlands, said several new projects are in the works at the 2,200-acre master-planned community.
