Goodfellow buys Bay Area contractor
WENATCHEE — Goodfellow Bros., headquartered in Wenatchee, bought Livermore, Calif.-based Top Grade Construction. Terms of the deal were not announced.
Top Grade will keep its name and continue to operate as a subsidiary of Goodfellow. The acquisition gives Top Grade increased bonding capacity and Goodfellow expanded operations in California.
