REI planning new store in Silverdale

SEATTLE — REI said it will open a store in Silverdale in the fall of 2013 at the intersection of Northwest Randall Way and Myhre Place Northwest.

The 24,500-square-foot store will sell gear and apparel for camping, climbing, cycling, fitness, hiking, paddling, snow sports and travel, and have a rental department and bike shop. Community space will be available for classes, presentations and events.
