CamWest to start Magnolia houses

SEATTLE — CamWest, a Toll Brothers company, will begin selling homes next month at Briarcliff, its Magnolia luxury development.

Construction is expected to begin in January on the first of 36 planned homes. CamWest bought the five-acre site at West Dravus Street and 39th Avenue from Kirkland-based Lexington Fine Homes earlier this year for $14.4 million.
