Denny Triangle apartments out of the ground

Construction of a $70 million apartment building at 101 Taylor Ave. N. in Seattle's Denny Triangle has reached ground level. The 259-unit project is being developed by Pillar Properties, the apartment division of R.D. Merrill Co., and SRM Development.
