Sequim planning $12M civic center

SEQUIM, Clallam County — The city is seeking a project manager for a new downtown civic center at North Sequim Avenue and West Cedar Street that would cost up to $12 million.

The 30,000- to 35,000-square-foot civic center would consolidate scattered services and departments, including a new City Hall, police station and emergency operations center.
