Grand Coulee to consolidate with K-12 school

Grand Coulee Dam School District plans to start construction next month on a 100,000-square-foot K-12 school on a site bordered by Civic Way and River, Crest and Central drives in Grand Coulee, Grant County. Bids for the $24 million construction contract will be opened Feb. 25.
