COWI buys firm that builds tunnels

VANCOUVER, B.C. — COWI North America recently bought Jenny Engineering Corp. of Springfield, N.J. Terms of the deal weren't announced.

JEC specializes in planning, design and construction management of tunnels and underground structures.
