PORTLAND (AP) — State officials say 30 people covered by Oregon's workers' compensation died on the job last year — a slight increase from the 28 deaths in 2011.
The Department of Consumer and Business Services said Tuesday that the construction and trucking/transportation industries had the most worker fatalities last year, with five apiece.
