New building for Seattle Academy

SEATTLE — Plans have been filed with the city to build a 28,000-square-foot classroom building on property owned by Seattle Academy on Capitol Hill.

The site, on the northwest corner of 13th Avenue and East Spring Street, is next to a 45,000-square-foot gym the private school built in 2002.
