Thompson Metal Fab worker killed in industrial accident
VANCOUVER (AP) — A Vancouver Fire Department spokesman says an employee of Thompson Metal Fab has been killed in an industrial accident.
Firefighter-paramedic Kevin Stromberg tells The Columbian the man was crushed by a large piece of steel and died Friday afternoon before rescuers could arrive.
