Crews finish rim of Vegas' High Roller wheel

  • When it opens early next year, the 550-foot High Roller will be the tallest Ferris wheel in the world.

    LAS VEGAS — The madcap carnival on the Las Vegas Strip is getting another over-the-top addition: the world's largest Ferris wheel.
