San Diego company plans 428 lots in Pierce County
San Diego-based Presidio Residential Capital said it will fund development of 428 lots in Pierce County that will be sold to homebuilders.
Presidio plans to invest $7.4 million and is teaming up with a local real estate company, whose name was not released, on two housing developments approximately five miles southeast of Tacoma in South Hill.
