Sound Transit OKs $1B budget

Sound Transit's Board of Directors approved a $1.1 billion budget for 2014 that agency officials say has few changes from the 2013 budget.

The bulk of the money will go to planning and building light rail routes from downtown Seattle to the University of Washington, Bellevue, Federal Way, Northgate and Lynnwood.
