PENDLETON, Ore. (AP) — A Pendleton, Ore., woman who says she sprained a wrist, an ankle and fell unconscious after tripping on potholes and asphalt piles in a city parking lot wants the city to pay her more than $550,000.
The East Oregonian reports that Lezlie Perkins says she was walking “carefully and prudently” when her mishaps occurred on the afternoon of Dec. 21, 2011.
