Rehab will put Renton school back in service

Renton School District No. 403 is moving Renton Academy, a special education K-12 school, from Newcastle to the old Spring Glen Elementary School at 2607 Jones Ave. S. in Renton. The move will require renovating the 1952 elementary school at an estimated cost of $6.5 million.
